The portal supports multiple companies and users, with invoice generation, invoice history, and reports by client, date, and user. Billing can now be delegated safely, every action is traceable to a user, and the client avoids the cost of a full ERP.

The client’s sales billing process was maintained in Excel. Although Excel can be useful for basic calculations, it was not suitable for managing a controlled and scalable billing process.
What the client needed
A controlled way to generate, track and report on sales invoices, sized to the business.
Once an invoice was generated, obtaining or regenerating an earlier invoice copy was difficult. There was no dedicated invoice history and retrieval mechanism.
The client could not easily generate structured reports based on different business requirements. There was no simple way to obtain information such as client-wise or user-wise billing activity.

Previously generated invoices can be retrieved when required, eliminating the dependency on manually maintained Excel files.
